Above video is a preview of the upcoming free messaging app for Nintendo 3DS. The app is available right now in Japan and is coming out in Europe on Thursday. North America is still left in the dark about a release date, but we should have the app on Thursday.(NOA is most likely waiting until the press release on Thursday to talk about it)
